Shon Bollock is an award-winning filmmaker from Mt. Shasta, CA. He was a professional whitewater kayaker for nearly a decade and has been a lifelong fan of FOR, growing up on the rivers of Northern California. Shon started a small media company after film school and currently works as a director for commercial and livestream film production for Fortune 500 companies. Shon believes that access to water is a human right and recognizes the unprecedented climate emergency ahead of us. After years of living in the city he relocated back to Siskiyou county where he operates his business and continues to be a steward for the waterways that shaped his childhood.
Shon holds an associate’s degree in Sociology from Cabrillo College and a bachelor’s degree in Film Production and Digital Media from University of California Santa Cruz.
