Amy has been a River Guide, Professor of Accounting and Finance, a Culture Architect, Project / Finance Manager, and Executive Coach at Hewlett Packard, and a Mentor for the Academy of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at U. C. Davis.
Amy received an MBA from UC Davis and is currently enrolled in a Stanford University professional development program. Amy co-authored a case study published by Organizational Dynamics on leadership variables that affect trust and distrust.
While doing all this stuff, Amy never lost her love of rivers from when she worked for AO and O.A.R.S. in California and Ranging Thunder in Australia. After raising her daughter and a wonderful career at Hewlett Packard, she is thrilled to be back in the river community. Amy volunteers for Placer Land Trust and the American River Conservancy and is on the Board of Directors of PARC. You will find her paddling anything that floats on rivers FOR has saved and hiking in their protected canyons. She lives in Auburn with her daughter and 5 month old Golden Retriever.
