Come Learn About Tenkara Fishing

November 12, 2016 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

At this this fun and informal educational session we’ll be meeting indoors where we’ll give an overview of the tenkara fishing style. We’ll talk about: the history of the style, types of rods/lines/flies, ideal fishing locations and more. We’ll also give folks a chance to get some hands-on time with rods as well and learning a few easy knots.

Learn how Friends of the River is protecting the rivers we love to fish on!

$5 suggested donation, open to the public.
